Banner, Display, and Role Call
Banner
Banners are an optional, but entertaining, way to get your delegation involved in conference! The banner should be no more than 3 x 5 ft. or it will be disqualified. Please refrain from using heavy materials on your banner so that we can hang them up for the region to see! The banners will be displayed by NRHH Representatives. Banners are judged on:
-20% Creativity/Originality
-20% Relation to conference theme
-20% Aesthetic value
-20% Description of school
-20% Creation by school delegation
Display
In addition to the banner, create a display (usually at 3D type of display but art is art - create as you wish). The display will be judged by Conference Staff Criteria:
1. Creativity/ Originality
2. Relation to conference theme
3. Aesthetic value and general appearance
4. How descriptive a display is of a school
Role Call
Every delegation has the opportunity to show your spirit at the NEACURH Games 2017 during opening ceremonies! As an RLC tradition, you have the option to either pre-record a video AND/OR give a short performance when your delegation/school is called upon. Due to time we do ask that your performances are no longer than 2 minutes and that you bring your own props/materials. If you have a video submission or need additional accommodations, please email any roll call videos no later than
November 6th directly to our Spirit and Entertainment Chair, Sarah at [email protected].
